Trapp was presented with his First Bar of Service. Although unable to be present due to an injury, Lloyd Goodmurphy was also awarded his First Bar. After the presentations the Terrace Bay Cad -ets gave a demonstration of First Aid in Ac~ tion. Four Cadets administered First Aid to a vol- unteer patient suffering from one broken leg, one broken arm and abrasions to .the face. Provincial staff Officer, Archie Carriere, of Thunder Bay was invited to inspect their handiwork and offer comments. Officer Carriere complimented the speed and silence with which they carried out their mis- sion and gave a few words of advice for future reference. The official activities then closed for the afternoon. A social evening began at 6:00 p.m. with a dinner and dance. Presentations at the evening ceremonies in- cluded: The Hutchison Trophy was presented to the competition team of Tom Trapp, Diane Jones, Richard St. Louis, Robert St. .Louis and Carla Crockford. ; Mrs. Saima Willoughby, Division Officer, was honoured with the Warrant of Appointment as well as her' twenty year certificate. Mr. Corrigan, on behalf of the Loyal Order of the Moose presented a cheque to Division Superintendent, Mr. Ed Trapp. Mr. Ed Trapp was also awarded with the War- rant of Appointment "and his certificate of Acheivement for 337 hours of public duty. Although unable to be present, Dr. Adey was presented with his Warrant of Appointment as Divisional Surgeon while Mrs. Linda Stewart was awarded the same as Divisional Nursing Officer. Mrs. Althea Graham earned her Third Bar while Mr. Edmund Borutski earned his Second Bar of service. » Mrs. Saima Willoughby, on behalf of the Schreiber Combined Division, presented a gift to Corps. Staff Officer (Nursing), Mrs. Doro- thy Rummery as a token of appreciation for her 21 years of faithful service to the Schreiber Combined Divisioh since its formation in 1955. Colonel Melville presented the Charter to the Cadet Division 706 of Terrace Bay.
