Location: MUNICIPAL OFFICE, 12 SIMCOE PLAZA, TERRACE BAY, ONTARIO REGULAR POLLS: Date: MONDAY, DECEMBER 2nd, 1974, between the hours of 11:00 A.M. and 8:00 P.M. Location: POLLING SUBDIVISION NO. ' PLACE OF POLL Polling Subdivision No. 1, Township 82 located within the boundaries of The Township of Terrace Bay; Township 83 composed of the following: that portion of J.K. 315 located in Township 83, J.K. 306, J.K. 304 and that portion of Large Meeting Room J.K. 300 lying north-east of Highway #17 which is unsubdivided, all Plan M-225, Recreation Centre Plan M-121, Lots 1 to 119, 122 to 199, 310, 311,:312. Selkirk Avenue Polling Subdivision No. 2, Comprising that portion of J.K. 300 lying south- Large Meeting Room east of Highway #17 which is unsubdivided in Township 83; and, Plan M-121 - Recreation Centre Lots 120, 121, 200 to 309, 313, 314, 315, and all of Plan M-124 Selkirk Avenue Polling Subdivision No. 3, Comprising balance of Township 83 which includes Large Meeting Room all Plan M-143 and M-226; all Township 84 located within the boundaries of Recreation Centre The Township of Terrace Bay. Selkirk Avenue Polling Subdivision No. 4, Birchwood Terrace-Home for the Aged, persons Birchwood Terrace resident in the Home who are entered on the Polling List. Highway #17 All polls will be open from 11 o'clock a.m. until 8 o'clock p.m., and no longer. PROXY APPLICATIONS A person who has been appointed a voting proxy may apply to the clerk not later than 5 o'clock in the afternoon of Tuesday NOVEMBER 26th, 1974 to receive a certificate to vote by proxy.
