Bolan gave an excellent review of the Institute activities in her paper on Cul- tural Relations. Since nutrition is the I974- 75 main project of Women's Institutes, Mrs. Todesco spoke of its problems and read an in- teresting article on types and uses of cooked and raw fish. She also suggested each member bring a typical dinner menu to the next meeting An invitation along with a program book will be sent to the Nipigon Branch. Mrs. R. Winters invited all members to attend her diamond wedd- ing anniversary on October 26th. Rental fees were sct for contents in the kitchen cupboards and tickets for the money draw in December were distributed. Mrs. Winters won the apron draw prize. Lun- ch was served by Mrs. Clemens, Mrs. O'Connor and Mrs. Todesco.
