The Board had a number of questions they wanted answered in relation to the agreement, and the Administrator will put these in writing to the Provincial Authorities. A number of agreements between the Board and tenants of the building as well as heating agreements will be ne- gotiated once the main agreement is signed. There will be a further meet- ing of the Board and Provincial Author- ities and their respective legal advis- ors to finalize the agreements. All remodelling plans will be circulated to the Board, Staff and Resident's Council for comments and recommendations. The Board dealt with temporary appointments of personnel to the Terr- ace Bay Project as well as Department Supervisors' Salary Schedule for Pine- wood Court for I973. Budgets will be prepared by the Administrator for both Terrace Bay and Pinewood Court for I973, for the Board's review at the next meet- ing. Mr. Lawrence Crawford, Director of the Homes for the Aged, who had planned to attend the meeting was not able to Daneff, Board Member, was absent as well for the same reason. The Board has directed that all participating munici- palities be sent minutes of "all meet- ings. Two applications for residence were approved for admission when space is available. This brings the waiting list to 20 with another I8 people on the list who have been placed in other accommo- dation. Council Quotes - cont'd ....... The Ministry of Transportation and Communications advised of a Technical Course to be presented in Thunder Bay on February 2Ist. The Terrace Bay Chamber of Commerce submitted their annual report of activ- ities. The Reeve and Council commended them on a job well done in keeping tourists interested in visiting this area of Ontario, and agreed to again take out a membership in the Chamber of Commerce, so that they might carry on their work. J.D.
