Jennifer Holloway Sales Representative A Halton Hills man fac- es charges in connection with alleged sexual offenc- es involving three teenage girls. Police say that on Mon- day (May 17) shortly before 2:30 p.m., three girls -- all 13 -- were sitting at the play- ground at Centennial Pub- lic School, 233 Delrex Blvd. in Georgetown, when they were approached by a man. According to police, af- ter speaking with the vic- tims and learning that they were all in Grade 8, the man left the area, but came back not long after, and alleged- ly asked the teens to per- form a sexual act on him. When the teens refused, the man "offered to expose himself" to the victims, po- lice allege. The girls then left the area and reported what had taken place. Police attended the scene and located a man not far from the park. A knife was recovered. A 29-year-old George- town man has been changed with three counts of invitation to sexual touching and possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose. The charges have not been proven in court.
