Devoted Husband of 67 years to Beryl Jones. Loving Father of Helen (Jim) Douglas (Lisa) Ian (Karen). Loving Grandfather of Teresa (Steven), Erin (Ryan), Cheryl (Curtis), Monique (Taylor), Mike (Catalina) and six great-grandchildren. Born in Lincoln, England in 1931 and received University Degrees at Birmingham University, England and a graduate MBA Degree at McMaster University, Canada. He was a flying officer with the Royal Air Force. Worked at Beatties Department Store, England, Sears Canada, Sheridan College, Oakville Ontario. In 1957 as a young landed immigrant to Canada, Gordon contracted and overcame a vicious attack by the Polio virus. Gordon's illness and subsequent management of Post-Polio syndrome did not stop him from helping to provide for and support his family; becoming a successful businessman and college marketing professor. Gordon was a soccer enthusiast, enjoyed oil painting and listening to Classical orchestra music. BLYTH, Frank Edward ¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯ Passed in Oakville on Wednesday, December 16, 2020 with his wife Lynne at his side. Frank was the father of four boys: David (Juliana), Michael (Caley), Jason (Yoshie), and Rob (Tami). He was "Bubba" to six grand- children: Tristan, Madeleine, Maeve, Austin, Maya, and Noah. Frank was coach to dozens of aspiring baseball and hockey players in Oakville, teacher to hundreds of students at Kingsmill and Central Etobicoke High School, and amateur carpen- ter, electrician, mechanic and deck builder to many family members and friends. Blair ¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯ It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Blair Bonnyman, peacefully on January 10, 2021 at the age of 90 in Oakville, Ontario. Blair will be deeply missed by Christel who feels blessed to have shared his life for the past 42 years and his loving children Karen (Larry) and Keith (Stephane). His memory will be cherished by his brother Eric (the late Betty) and sister Betty (Ron) as well as Christel's mother, Ursula. He will be lovingly remember- ed by his grandchildren Jeff (Amanda), Scott (Amy) and Laura as well as his beautiful great-grandchildren, Lou and Ozzy, Leo and Owen. He is pre -deceased by his former wife Lena-Marie 'Tim' Bonnyman. Blair was born in Tatamagouche, Nova Scotia on June 15, 1930 to Myrtle Bonnyman (Jollimore) and Keith Bonnyman. A large part of Blair's working life was spent at Roche Canada where he enjoyed a long and challen- ging career rising to the position of Vice President - Technical. As a keen sailor for most of his life, he had a variety of sailboats and power boats over the years. Besides boating, Blair enjoyed golf and fishing during his retirement. He was also a very talented woodcarver and soapstone carver. A gentle family man, he was the perfect father: kind, caring and supportive at all times. His friends will miss his warmth, compassion, and his willingness to always lend a helping hand. In the end, his heart failed, but never in life when his heart brought constant love to his family and friends. We are truly grateful for the gift of his life and will miss him always. 'Home' for Blair was always Nova Scotia and now he will be laid to rest in his dearly loved Tatama- gouche. Due to the pandemic no funeral services are planned at this time. The family will have a private celebration of Blair's life at a later date. He was a resident at the Oakville Senior Citizens Residence since 2005 and dedicated all his time here by volunteering with the Red Cross, St. Dominic Parish and within the OSCR Community, always lending a helping hand to fellow seniors. Predeceased by her husband Kevin (1999), she leaves behind her three daughters Lori (Mike), Erin (Russell) and Paula (James). She will be sadly missed by her grand- children Brad (Miranda), Jennifer (Graham), Katie (Jake), Ryan, Taylor and Kyle. Mom was blessed to also have three great-grandsons, Mason, Aidan and John. She will be missed by her sisters Corrine and Phyllis as well as her sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law. Predeceased by her parents Alex and Stella and her sister Sandra. Mom's fondest memories were the summers on Lake Nippissing and the years living in Montreal.
