82 Dedicated Westonians Receive Town Certificates Of Appreciation It was a moving and fittin.{‘oembl for Weston, an 84â€"yearâ€"old town which will step into a new era on Janâ€" uary 1, as part of the new Borough of York. The mayor was there and so were four of Weston‘s past mayors. It was Weston‘s night, and well over 200 of its citiâ€" zens who have served the town in more than a dozen different ways praticipated in the ceremoni¢es. _ _ It was a dinnerâ€"danceâ€"presentation night at the Weston Legion Hall, Denison Rd. E. Mayor Wes Bodâ€" dington was accorded the honor of presenting Weston Certificates of Appreciation to 33 pastâ€"mayors, reeves, deputy réeves and councillors. Councillor James Trimbee presented similar certifiâ€" cates to those who served the town in other capacities throughout the years.
