In order to create the Laurel Creek Headwaters ESL. a second amendment is necessary to withdraw the "City Urban Area" designation from the extreme northwest corner ot the City of Waterloo. and re-desrgnate the lands as "Agncultural Resource Area." in accordance with the Ontario Planning Act, a Public Meeting is being held to receive input from interested members of the public on the draft amendments.
