All municipalities in Ontario must pass a new bylaw under the Development Charges Act, 1997 no later than August 31- 1999. Please be advised the completed Bronte Harbour Master Plan will be presented to the Community Services Committee of Council on Tuesday,! April 27,1999 commencing at 7:30 p.m. in the Oakville Room, Town [ Hall, 1225 Trafalgar Road. The Master Plan will be presented by the Oakville Harbours Development Authority and Town staff. The Development Charges Review Committee was established to keep the development community and the public informed o f the assumptions, key inputs and policy decisions being made during the preparation o f the draft develop­ ment charges study and to employ public consultation as a way to resolve issues during the process.
