After nine months of extensive Pilates training with Moira Stott at the Stott Conditioning Training Centre in Toronto. Markus' now offers Pilates Works™ to the the public, producing profound results. They teach Pilates on a private basis. A thorough assessment of the clients condition is followed by a personalized program formulated by one of the Markus' based on the results. They then train the client on one of the machines that use movement and resistance, such as the "Universal Reformer," "the Cadillac," "the Ladder Barrel" and other strengthening tools.
