This question will help the new council to understand a community direction on the issue o f billboard/third party signs. The question appears on each ballot and reads as: Should the Town of Oakville amend its Sign By-Law 1994-142 to allow for the erection of Billboards / Third Party Signs in the Town of Oakville?, Yes or No To prepare for the election, voters should keep in mind the following things: Ensure that you are on the Voter's List. If you have recently moved to or within the Town o f Oakville, and you are an eligible elector, you will require a revision form to amend the Voter's List.
