Halton Regional Police say the 19jiear-oId Miltonian was riding in the bed of a mov- ing pick-up truck on Clover Park Crescent shortly after 2:30 a.m. May 4 when he fell from the vehicle as it turned. The teerr was rushed to Hamilton General Hospital where he died May 7. The Champion has Iearned the young man is Giovanni (Johnny) Scremin, a recent grad- uate of Milton District High School. He died two days shy of his 2Oth birthdlay. He was affectionately known as "The Don" among friends and, like many teens, he was passionate about cars.
