only party going to court in an effort to get the Ontario Municipal Boards OMB deci sion on Barries annexation changed Seven Acorns Investments owners of 102 acres just outside the present city Tentative settlement reached for nurses tentative settlement has been reached in the twoyear old contract dispute between public health nurses and the Simcoc County District Health Board board chairman ltoss Stephens said Tuesday He said the agreement was hammered out by health board and Ontario Nurscs Associa tion Local 37 representatiws at an all day bargaining session Tuesday The tentative settlement will go to the union menibcrship Monday for ratification and terms of the agreement are be ing kept secret until then Stephens said Bert ilcausolcil Vice president of the union local declined comment on Stephcns announcement today except to confirm that the union will hold ratification meeting Monday He said he could not even discuss the negotiations with his own wife who is also public health nurse The nurses employed at the Simcoe County District Health Unit have been working without contract since Dec 31 1975 and no formal negotia tions had been held between the
