workers are expected to resume following resolution Monday of dispute over payment of quarterly costofliving adjustment COLA The union broke off talks with the post office last Thursday af ter failing opposition spokesmen criticized amendments they said allowed anonymous donations of any amountto litical parties The ertaking was given by Norm Cafik deputy govern ment House leader in an in terview
