town game Raymond said it is also part of managers duties to manage the players He stated he was proud of the players this years ub because they have not caused any pro ems They are not boys any more Raymond said They are young men and good young men Raymond stated certain ground rules were laid down by Forbes early in the season and the players are sticking to them curfew is not one of those rules Raymond said it was all matter of trust and it gave the players some responsibility If they want to play hockey they know what time they should be in bed the night before game he added He said Forbes was great coach He explained Forbes had an easy going manner and was running the team on his system Raymond said Forbes had proved is system works and the players respected him There is great team spirit here the manager stated Ive never seen such spirit before They get up for game and they all give 110 per cent Now its up to Howie to make them into machine and make it work Raymond added He went on to say the players were in reat physical shape because of the exercises prepar by Bob Mallard Raymond said the players were even asking for more calisthenics Raymond was the chief scout for the Colts last year and after Christmas he starts looking at midget hockey players in the area If player looks good he is invited to attend the Colts camp next year Last year Raymond said he saw five games in five different arenas in one day on several occa Sions This year Raymond will again take to the road looking for new talent for next cars club He said the best time was to watch the midgets
