circles underwater by moving your ankles to the left then the right Sit with your legs straight in front of you Loop dry towel around the bottom of one foot Inhale and pull the towel up to raise your leg high Exhale and lower your leg into the water Repeat three times for each leg Sitting with your legs in front of you inhale st retching your arms overhead and leaning back slightly As you exhale
