job and may be cheating the commis sion An information bulletin to employers from the commis sion says possible cheaters of the commission are well dressed polite and eager for workwhen they are in UlC or Canada Manpower offices But when they come to your personnel department its different story the bulletin says They they dont want job but merely your companys name for their job search list UlC claimants are uired to look for work and may re quired to provide the commis sion with lists of prospective employers reached during job hunts Employers should report person who turns down job of fer or presents himself or herself in such way that you feel he or she is not serious about trying to find job the bulletin says Victor Schwartzman an in formation officer for the com mission said the information bulletins are new and are being circulated because an increas ing number of employers are complaining that time is being taken up by job applicants try ing to fulfil the commissions
