with humanity and compassion New Democratic Party MP said Monday as he urged the government to start new am nesty program for illegal im migrants John Gilbert Toronto Broad view told the Commons during debate on amendments to the 1952 Act that the number one problem in the field of immi gration is the illegal immi grant With other opposition MPs he criticized the government for leaving much
