AL Coulson merchant on UStrip Opening needle class when he learns of store fire COULSON Frank Orr learned of the fire that levelled his general store Friday by telephone call Don Booth secretary of an emergency fund raising money for the young Orr family said Mr rr was finally contacted Tuesday Mrs Orr who was travelling in the southern United States with his family at the time of the fire had been trying to reach his parents through the store telephone All he got was busy signal He told Mr Booth in telephone conversation he hopes to rebuild if the fund can help him Mr Booth said today We want to get together with hr and with the rest of the committee as soon as possible to see wtiere were going said Mr Booth BllLTIN 1879 Mr Booth said Mr rr was greatly shocked at the news of the fire which firefighters suspect began in faulty chimney in the old frame building built in 1879 The emergency committee was formed Saturday morning by Mr Booth Medonte coun cillor liff Wells and Len McAr thur and trust fund was set up at the Sterling Trust Corp branch in Oritlia They are ask ing for cash donations only The money is coming in said Mr Booth today but not as quickly as they would like We
