The deceased was the eldest daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. George Bay- croft and was born near Newton Rob- inson about fifty-two years ago. At an early age she moved with her parents to F105 and later attended the Cross- land and Allenwood public schools. In 1905 she was married to J. A. Cotton and -`for two `years they farmed on the Eighth Concession of Flos. In 1907 they went West and since that time have been in the Killam district. Al- though Mrs. Cotton did not enjoy the best of health she Worked hard for and gave l_ibera1ly to all enterprises and efforts for the benefit of the commun- ity.
