When I went upstairs to look at my presents I got some fake mustaches and a couple of other things. Then we drove to my grandpa and grandma's. When I got there I gave my Grandma and my grandpa a giant hug. After the hug my grandparents played with me. Then it was time to open presents but my cousins weren't there yet so we waited for them. Once everyone was there we started to open presents. It was really fun. By Noah - Gr.3, Holy Family On Christmas I would give thanks to the world for: In the name of the father, the son and the holy spirit amen. Our father who art in heaven, thy kingdom come on earth as it is in heaven. Amen. By Braeden - Gr.2, Holy Family On Christmas I will respect the world. I will appreciate Christmas. Christmas reminds me of Jesus. By Jeremy - Gr.2, Holy Family My gift to the world is stopping hunger because it is important that everyone has food. Food is one of the most important things in the world. Food is an awesome thing. By Robbie - Gr.2, Holy Family of toys I keep, and the last pile of broken toys, I recycle. The toys we don't want anymore go to the poor children that have less or no toys to play with. The toys I keep go in my toy box. And the broken toys I recycle go to the dump. Every year we do this before Christmas to make room for new toys. I feel happy that I give toys to the poor because I know that they need something to play with. By Joshua, Gr. 3, St. Andrew My gift to the world is the world needs peace because it is the most important thing in the world. Everybody needs it. So no more wars are going to happen. It will be good so nobody will get hurt. The world will be perfect. By Elliot - Gr.3, Holy Family My favourite Christmas tradition is when my brother and I go to my Grandma's condominium to decorate the Christmas tree. They always have the Christmas tree up before we get there so we can start in on the decorations right away! They have two big bins of decorations. My Grandpa lets us go on his shoulders to put the decorations up high. The part that I like the best is when my Grandpa lifts me up high and I put the angel on top of the tree. It makes me feel super special inside. By Laura - Gr. 3, St. Andrew My family likes to celebrate Christmas Before Christmas I make a pile of toys. the day before the actual day. That year we went to my grandmas but before we went One pile of toys I give away, the other pile we put cookies and milk on the living room table. So we went in Ryan the car and drove to my grand- St. Andrew mas. Soon as we were there my cousins came and I put my presents under the tree. When everyone was there at the house Santa came. He sat down on a chair and we played a game called finding candy canes. So Santa asked my grandma if he can go upstairs and hide them. My grandma said yes. After he hid them all I raced upstairs and I got 6 candy canes. After I opened my presents then we ate. We drove home and when we came back there were presents everywhere.
