Remember "Participaction" says you need at least 1 hour of exercise every day. · It isn't expensive. · It is offered locally. You dance to energizing, toe-tapping, lively music. Basic steps are taught for the dances. No complicated moves or super-fancy footwork required. (It doesn't matter if you think you have two left feet). · The instructors are qualified by the Royal Scottish Country Dance Society and are also professionally trained teachers.
