John Suobelen, 52, of Milton pleaded guilty to careless storage of a firearm and possession of a restricted weapou at Outario Court of justice ou Steeles Avenue Tuesday momîung. He was fouud not guilty of uuauthonized pos- session of a firearm. The charges stem from a search at a Milton house Jauuary 9. Police seized a Colt .22-calibre X,> semi-autornatic pistol and mu nition. Three days later, Suobelen turued himself in to police. He was later released.
