Police said Adam's Convenience store on Main Street East was broken into February 3 just before 1 arn. Two unkitown maIe suspects smashed the front door and took cigarettes and cash. They took off in a 1995 black Dodge Neon. Police followed the vehicle into Brampton, but when the off icers attempted to stop it, the car sped away. Moments before the conventence store was broken ini, the front door of the LCBO store on Main Street was smashed in an attempt to enter, causing $200 in damage. Police said the same suspects are being sought tn both incidents. Police are looking for three maie sus- pects. One of them iu described au white, wearing a black jacket and a white t-shirt. There are no descriptions of the other sus- pects. Drunk driving charge Police responded to a complaint of an erratie driver Saturday at about 8 p.m. on Denry Road, east of Sixth Line. A 42-year-old man of Dawson Crescent was charged with impaired driving and having over the legal limit of alcohol in his blood. Police said the theft occurred sometime between 8:3(0 and 10:30 p.m. The owner of the car retamed to hts vehicle to find the left window smashed aîad the trophy miss- mng. A carpenter working in the area called police after watching unknown suspects enter a home through a basement window.
