Squash Casserole 5 1/2 cups buttemut squash, cooked and mashed 1/2 cup finely chopped onion 1/2 cup melted butter 1/2 cup breadcrumbs 1 tbsp. sugar sait and pepper to taste 2 eggs, beaten Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Combine cooked squash with onion, 1/4 cup of the melted butter, 1/4cdup of the breadcrumbs, sugar, sait and pep- per. Stir in beaten eggs and tumn into a greased 1 1/2 quart casserole.
