It results in feelings of resentment. It involves an attitude that says, "I will not forgive! 1 will not he reconciled!" Harboring unresolved anger carnies some serlous ramifications: relational- ly, physically, spiritually and emotion- ally. Bittemness will exact a heavy tol on a person's life. It diminishes the potential for greatness that every indi- vidual possesses. Positive, creative thoughts are replaced by negative, destructive ones. Good-hearted mndi- viduals become vindictive as they swallow a bitter pill. Sadly, many are living with bitterness. The good news is that there is a cure!
