Our volunteers' experience helps comfort and support patients and families, assist staff, and raise much-needed funds for the hospital. Volunteers are involved in many different areas of the Hospital and they are very involved in fundraising activi- ties with events tuch as the ever-popular Garage Sale, to be held on May 11 t and the Strawberry Fair which will be held June 22nd. The Auxiîiary has a strong, respected voice within the Hospital. Representatives from, the Auxiliary are members of both the Halton Healthcare Services and MDH Foundation Board of Directors. As our hospital evolves to meet the growing demands of its community, the Auxiliary shares its expertise and willingness to explore new directions and challenges to help the hospital meet its goals.
