If is a beer canning machine. What this allows is a customner to can their beer instead of puffing it in plêstic boffles. For those customers sf111 wishing to use their own boff les this option is still available. Being able to can your beerimeans no more boffles f0 bring in and sanitize each fime, you -just recycle the cans in your blue box. Canning takes 20-30 min. per bafch; a batch is jusf over 6 cases of 355 ml cans (52L.) and costs approx. $1 7.00 per case. There are small batches also available; fhese are 2 3/4 cases of cans (23L.). The cans also allow the beer f0, sfay fresher longer than fhe plastic baffles previ- ously ailowed. The cans can be put info 6-pack rings for easy carrying and sforing or fhey can be leff indi- vidual in cases. A customer can also use fhe canning machine for fheir coolers.
