Leaders Howard Hampton (New Democratic Party), Mike Harris (Progressive Conservative) and Dalton McGuinty (Liberal) squared off on every- thing from health care to tax cuts in the course of the debate. The resuits, said Halton MPP Ted Chudleigh, were predictable- Two of the three leaders came out of the starting blocks box with policies in hand, and neither of themn were Dalton McGuinty, be said.
