The Canadian Press annual dinner re cently at Toronto he didnt say anything new However he probably had selected with considerable care his remarks with a view to the ability of his audience to Implement more than any other group of people his ideas and pass on his wain- togs Mr Kennedy spoke on youth He Warned that youth in the developing countries will achieve their idealistic goals even of the reporting of last weeks council meet ing The mayor has this right and as we have slated before a verbatim report of council activities is impossible If we have misinterpreted some of these
