council on Tuesday Nov He said the ultimate goal was the adoption of a uniform method of assessment by all county com munities recommending the De partment of Municipal Affairs Manual as the proper guide Mr Jones said the manual was revis ed in Municipalities which have completed rcasscssmcnt this year or are in the process of re assessment include Newmarket East Whitchurch and King Townships
