Halton MS Golf for a Cure needs golfers and sponsors Come on out and enjoy a great day of golf Wednesday, June 22 at the beautiful Crosswinds Golf & Country Club on Guelph Line in Burlington in support of the Halton MS Society. Halton MS Society are still looking for golfers to tee off, sponsors and prize donations. The registration cost will be the same as the last couple of years at only $200 per person, which includes green fees with power cart, practice facilities, barbecue lunch on the deck, plated steak dinner plus the Contest Package which includes the "Hole in One Canada - Gold Package". There will also be a raffle and a live auction. Last year the golf tournament raised over $18,000 for the Halton Chapter. This is important to the chapter because it does not receive any government funding. All the money raised on this one day goes to help out MS chapter members and their families. The chapter tries to make life a little easier for them such as providing assistance with house cleaning, mobility devices, home modifications, educational and social events and so much more.
