Heritage Glen rolled to division wins in tyke girls' A, atom girls', atom boys', junior boys', intermediate girls' and intermediate boys' competition. W.H. Morden added victories in the bantam girls' and senior boys' action, while Eastview (senior girls), J.W. Hill (tyke girls' B) and Pilgrim Wood (tyke boys' A) were Oakville's other division champions. Individual champions included Heritage Glen's Lauren Beattie (atom girls), Owais Hamed (atom boys) and Brooke Jovanovich (intermediate girls); W.H. Morden's Rachel Don-Wauchope (bantam girls) and Tim Gibson (senior boys); Pilgrim Wood's Kevin Henstock (tyke boys A) and Ben Currier (junior boys); Abbey Lane's Tara Blackburn (tyke girls A); and J.W. Hill's Audry Seattle (tyke girls B). The McBay meet is named after Sue McBay, an elementary athletic convener who encourages fitness, participation and more student recognition.
