sibilityinthepast Staff must also be hired this year to receive training to administer the Freedom of Information Act which comes into effect January said Chief Harding The increase in staff also represents the board s attempt to decrease the gap between the number of officers on the force and the number on other forces The gap is shortening say Chief Harding The hiring of extra staff is a trend that started three years ago when the force began closing this gap he said Hills Mayor Russ Miller doubts there is anything in the budget that can be justified But he also suggested there are
