New Central and Brantwood public schools will host the fundraiser. It will be held at New Central located at 133 Balsam Dr. from 7:308:30 a.m. Denny's and Jubilee Fruit Market are sponsoring the breakfast of pancakes, sausages and freshly squeezed orange juice. Tickets are available and those attending are encouraged to wear the symbolic red for the fundraiser that will benefit the Stephen Lewis Foundation through $Million or More Oakville (MOMO). The day before the event, representatives from Oakville's oomama, grandmothers for grandmothers in Africa, will be making a presentation to New Central students about the AIDS pandemic in subSaharan Africa. Christmas bazaar at Seniors Centre The annual Holiday Bazaar will take place at the Oakville Senior Citizens Recreation Centre Saturday, Nov. 28. The bazaar will run from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the centre located at 263 Kerr St. Along with a tea room, the bazaar will feature homemade goods, hand-knitted and sewn items, gently-used jewelry, Christmas crafts, a bake table and more.
