custody for one week to be sentenced for break ing and entering an uxbridge grocery store the four are james maher 20 of 209 can non street hamilton william garbutt 31 of guild street pickering william delorme 34 of 2272 jarvis street toronto and joseph garbutt 27 also of guild street pickering wil liam garbutt told the court that he had been sentenced nine years ago by magistrate f s ebbs in oshawa on char ges arising out of the shooting of an oshawa grocery store clerk he said that he was at that time sentenced to 10 years but had been released this year after time being allowed for
