sent enced there for robbery to stand trial for breakins at stouffviile and markham on april 7th james mcdonald who asked for a remand wben he appear ed last week had the charges agaiast him withdrawn when he appeared in court on tues day of this week a statement taken from one of the accused and read in court stated that the four bad pleaded unem ployment and starvation when taken into custody they had been driving through stouff viile on the night in question and stopped at the stouffviile coop where they found a win dow in the roar not fastened they entered and found only small change in wideman of markham were in court and said that drills and articles stolen in stouffviile were in the car accused were driving in orillia roach and seniack were given nine months each to run concurrent with sentences given in oril lia ratz was remanded until this friday for sentence and a probation report a long list of convictions were read against these men and against ratz who has already served closed in lo cal united missionary churches with the total contributions to sign stouffviile fire agreement whitchurch council agreed on thursday evening to sign a fire agreement with stouff viile on several meetings as there was some dissention on the figures which were slightly higher than the agreement with au rora a communication was re ceived from richmond hill asking if the township desired
