evening in the basement of the baptist church mrs bert mays stewardship group will be in charge of the meeting mr and mrs harry woodland visited with mr and mrs john w may on tuesday evening mrs j f reid is confined to bed with arthritis recent elections to church offices on the goodwood united church circuit includes dean wagg to the session of elders at goodwood along with leslie mitchell to the committee of stewards retiring from these boards under the rotation sys tem were leslie meyers and c w watson at siloam there has been no change but the fifth line vacancy occasioned by the illness of mr j kidd has been filled by the election of robert nesbitt jr to the committee of stewards goodwood stewards have selected russell storry as their chairman and herbert wagg as missionary and main tenance chairman praver meetings resume again this week with the fifth line service to be held friday at the home of mr garfield bennett balsam and mt zion mr cecil disney had the mis fortune to sprain his foot last week and has it in a cast for three weeks mrs errol carson mr and mrs ken carson and pat spent friday evening with mr and mrs walter brlgnall at mark ham friends are sorry to
