along vocal lines from 1933 to 1912 lois marsh all crippled by poliomyelitis at tended wellesley school miss hutchinson an accomplished pian ist used to accompany lois but she did more than that miss hutchinson encouraged lois when the girls spirits flagged a bit she and other teachers convinced the young singer as they try to con vince all polio victims that she would have to provide her own drive if she was to be a success miss hutchinson provided lois with considerable stimulus and urged her to go on with her sing ing newspapers recently acclaimed miss marshalls town hall debut in new york and she signed a threeyear contract with columbia artists it is satisfying to know that this girl who received all her musical education at the toronto royal conservatory of music will give
