birthday born at melville on the fith concession of markham mrs breckon clearly recalls the days of her childhood when she trudged through the snow to public school at almira or rode on the back of a sleigh pulled by a team of horses unlike mast teachers in bygone days mr thomas williamson did not weild a birchbark rod to keep the students under control but a leather strap was kept within roach if native of england coming to this country in 1910 and performed as a balancing artist in a travelling circus for more than ten years since coming to the stouffvilie district a number of years ago he
