pattenden will also make the trip and spend the remainder of the summer with her family in that district cedar grove in an exhibition girls softball game monday night cedar grove were hosts to maplewoods of agin- court the decision going to the home team in the middle of the 6th innings the score was tied at 7 each with two runners on base in the last half short stop isabelle nighswander came through with a beautiful hit the only home run of the game to make cedar grove the winners the game was then called because of darkness audrey murison pitching for the home team held the visitors scoreless for four innings while the grove girls got 7 runs however a series of errors in the 5th gave maple- woods their start lois carr came in as relief pitcher part way through the 5th while
