of singing the original carols from other lands the program concluded willi a very pleasant social hour and tea the wms meeting of the united missionary church was held at the home of mrs reg stouffer on the 6th of december there were 41 present this was a special service of welcome to mrs e honsberger who spoke to the women on the needs for prayer for certain women among whom she has worked in nigeria the service was in charge of the vice president miss bertha stouffer at the close of the service the speaker was presented with a shower of personal gifts and a social time of fellowship was burkholder daughter of the late mr and mrs menno burkholder the late martha burkholder was in her 81th year and had spent her entire lifetime at lot 35 with the exception of a period of 25 years in
