to talk over the proposed enlarged ajax area the question of pickering village being incor porated into the ajax area was discussed the logical division of the township as it appears to coun cil members would be across the entire municipality from east to west on a line between the second and third concessions however the poorer area which lies west and south of pickering is not acceptable to ajax nor did it appear to be a favorable solution to the municipal experts the local planning board favours the township purchasing land and endeavoring to brin more industry into the area just west
