the devotional period by reviewing the life of sarah as a woman of faith over thirty responded to the roll call which was a verse containin the word faith several letters of appreciation of christmas boxes re ceived by shutins were read by the secretary mrs g hamlin owing to the numerous items of business to be discussed for the new year the programme was nec essarily brief consisting of a read ing by mrs n robinson a valentine tea was planned for the month of february groups were arranged for the vear to plan and carry out the vari ous activities of the w a several committees were appointed to take care of certain items of business for the new year the ladies planned for a pot luck supper at 7 pm to immediately precede the annual congregational meeting to be held on thursday evening jan
