precipitated argu ments at orillia once we were in an im portant curling contest with a team from bracebridge peter recalled some time alter the game started the bracebridge team refused to play any longer unless beaverton stopped allowing that mcmillan fellow to play two pairs of rocks another time i had gone to black- water to referee a lacrosse game and was waiting on the train platform before coming home i met an old friend shook hands with him and had a long chat then i walked around to the other side of the sta tion and my friend walked around the opposite side we met about 30 seconds
