out or 77 calls since organization of league the citizens league and fire brigade of brougham held their an nual meeting at the fire hall last week e e annis fire chief stated in a review of the twenty years of organization that they had 77 calls and had saved more than 100000 worth of property from damage with president d l mairs in the chair the annual report was heard showing a decline in both receipts and expenditures but a good surplus the chief reported only 4 calls dur ing the year the equipmentin good condition but a lack of experienced hands he paid fitting tribute to the passing
