government the township of pickering and the department of education whereby the township will be completely relieved of any cost connected with the establishing of a new school to handle the needs of last when the wooden wall of the store was crushed in following a freak motor car accident at the in tersection ofmhe lansing cutoff road and the markham read hlgh- way the storekeeper is a brother of james cowan mongolia merchant just south of stouffville the accident was caused by a col lision between cars drlvn by james ireland yonge st north yorkj and d south on the markham road scar- boro police said chubey was cross ing the lansing road when his car was struck on the rlghtslde by the car driven by ireland both cars veered to tho south side of the intersection where irelands car struck
