left out five miles from goodwood to stouffville until that stretch is built the people of uxbridge town and township still have no direct hard road to toronto why did mr kelly and the liberal association of uxbridge town composed chiefly of business men of that town recommend and urge only a road from goodwood to uxbridge when they knew it left out the worst stretch between goodwood and stouffville the reason is obvious these men want to place a fence around their business and force the innocent farmer and townsman alike to trade in their tovn do they hope to do this by making it so
