snyder and two children of sask have been visiting with mr and mrs charlie forsyth for a few days mr and mrs norman wagg motor ed to eganville where they visited with the latters brother they also called on other friends during the trip the storm which passed over our section on monday was certainly appreciated as the hay and grain crops were burning up badly charlie forsyth had the misfortune to lose one of his valuable heifers last week atha mrs a draper visited with mrs a carruthers one day this week mr featherston ernie carruthers also walter draper spent wednes day afternoon in toronto missed us and everything was very badly in need of moisture the annual picnic of the w i will be held in stouffville park on thurs day july 10th a hearty invitation is extended to the men to come has installed modern egg grading and candl equipment gormley people are rejoics over the beautiful rains we hd received this week things were m ly dried in places but now have taw on new life miss mocielland and mj farquarson who conducted i nursing home here have gone whitby where they are opening hospital we are sorry to see th leaving us but wish for them i very best in their new community
