surprise and regret among the old timers of stouffville as well as by the publisher of this paper of which the deceased was a staunch supporter for so many years seth fleury was in his st4th year and whle horn in aurora he spent much of his young manhood in stouffville then went to hamilton and other ontario centres before going west the worldspectator of mooso- min sask carried the obituary item which we publish in part s w fleury was born at aurora ont the son of alexander fleury 84 years ago his family was en gaged in the manufacture of agri cultural implements at aurora until 1900 when they sold out s c ihen moved to stouffville later to grimsby hamilton toronto and finally west settling at welwyn in is78 his marriage to miss catherine taylor took place at markham ont mr fleury was an ardent church man and until the consummation of church union in 1925 he was a staunch methodist since then he had thrown his untiring activity in to the work of the united church where he served as an elder and for 26 years was the superintendent of a large and flourishing sunday school mr fleury was also promin ent in the independent order of foresters and the oddfellows lodge he had been past
